MATTHEW PETER MADAKI

Matthew Peter Madaki is a diligent and driven professional with a strong academic foundation and growing experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Born and raised in Kaduna State, Nigeria, Matthew completed his primary and secondary education with ease, setting the stage for his pursuit of higher learning.

After graduating from secondary school, Matthew gained admission into Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic, Zaria, where he studied Accounting and successfully obtained his National Diploma (ND) in 2013. Eager to apply his academic knowledge in a practical setting, he proceeded to undertake his one year compulsory Industrial Training (IT) at Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company (KRPC), where he was posted to the Office of Forex under the Finance and Accounts Department. During this period, he gained hands on experience in financial operations, foreign exchange processes, and corporate financial management.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning and a desire to explore new professional horizons, Matthew secured admission into Kaduna State University (KASU) in the 2015/2016 academic session, where he pursued a degree in Estate Management. This shift allowed him to develop a broader perspective on property development, valuation, and land administration.

In 2019, Matthew further expanded his practical knowledge by undertaking his Industrial Attachment with Sim Anokwuru & Co, an estate surveying and valuation firm located in Jos, Plateau State. There, he gained valuable field experience in property inspection, valuation reports, and client engagement, enhancing his technical and communication skills in the estate management field.

Following the completion of his university degree, Matthew was deployed to Abuja for his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), where he continued to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and adaptability. In October 2024, shortly after completing his NYSC, he joined Dele Olaiya & Associates, a firm of estate surveyors and valuers, where he currently contributes his growing expertise and strong work ethic.

Matthew is known for his disciplined approach, and willingness to learn. His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to personal growth and a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to the real estate industry.
