ESV GEORGE PAUL OFFOKANSI

ESV George Paul Offokansi is a seasoned Estate Surveyor & Valuer at Dele Olaiya & Associates Abuja branch, whose job description includes; Property Valuation, Facility Management, Property Management, Agency and among others.

He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) and a Registered Member of the Estate Surveyor and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

During his studies, he had his industrial training in Garba Sani & Co, Bauchi State, due to his dedication and enduring commitment, he was made the Valuation Officer 2.

After graduating with B.Tech Estate Management (Honors) from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi in 2015, he observed his NYSC service with the Ministry of Urban & Regional Development in Calabar, Cross River state.

On the successful completion of his national youth service, he worked as the Project Manager for Kwairanga International Business Limited (KIB), a private Nigerian Air Force Military contractor charged by the then Chief of Air staff with the responsibility of building cancer treatment centers for Air Force Hospitals in Maiduguri and Agatu.

With a passion to build a robust career in real estate, he joined Dele Olaiya & Associates in 2019.

George Paul Offokansi is a modern, dedicated and task oriented Estate Surveyor. He is happily married.
