ESV Ojelade Funsho Lateef is a dedicated and accomplished professional in the field of Estate Management and Valuation. His educational background and practical experiences have equipped him with valuable insights and expertise.

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management and Valuation from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. During his academic tenure, he completed his four-month Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) with the Lagos State Ministry of Housing at Alausa, Ikeja. Additionally, he undertook an extensive one-year industrial training program with the Valuation office of J. Ajayi Patunola & Co. at Ikeja, Lagos State.

Following his graduation, Ojelade fulfilled his mandatory one-year National Youth Service Corps scheme at Ogbomoso South, Oyo State, where he served as a Pupil teacher, contributing to the educational landscape.

completing his National Youth Service Corps Programme, he joined Dele Olaiya & Associates, where he currently thrives in the Valuation Department as an Estate Surveyor. His commitment and expertise have earned him the position of Head of the Valuation Department within the firm.

Ojelade Funsho Lateef is recognized as an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), a testament to his dedication and proficiency in the field. He is also a Registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria, solidifying his status as a qualified and reputable professional.

In pursuit of professional development, Funsho has actively participated in various training sessions and seminars covering topics such as valuation, team building, management, and leadership.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Funsho is characterized as a focused, highly reliable, and flexible individual with a keen ability to learn quickly and approach tasks with enthusiasm. His interests extend to watching soccer, reading, and indulging in music.
