ESV Nnaji Chioma Fortune is a distinguished professional in the field of Estate Management. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. Her journey in this field began with an IT role at Jide Taiwo & Co Estate Surveyors and Valuers, where she gained expertise in valuation for compensation purposes.

During her National Youth Service, she worked as a mathematics teacher at Okpoama Government Secondary School, showcasing her adaptability and dedication to education. After NYSC, Chioma worked as an estate surveyor at Ambi Ekhator & Co Estate Surveyors and Valuers before taking a temporary break for further education.

Upon her return, Fortune assumed various roles, including Branch Manager at Aims Shelters Limited, Enugu, where she excelled in property management, project development, and asset valuation. She is an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, registered with ESVARBON, and a graduate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, emphasizing her commitment to professional development.

She recently joined Dele Olaiya & Associates as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer, further contributing to the field of estate surveying and valuation.
