Eunice’s journey in the field of Estate Surveying began during her educational years. She underwent her Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) with Bamise & Associates-Estate Surveyiing & Valuation firm in Bauchi, Bauchi State, followed by an impactful Industrial Training (IT) at Guaranty Trust Bank PLC in Azare, Bauchi State. Her early exposure to diverse environments laid the foundation for her well-rounded expertise.

Having graduated with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic Bauchi in 2011, Eunice’s commitment to personal and professional growth was evident when she fulfilled her mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) by contributing as a classroom teacher in a private school in Benin City, Edo State in 2012.

Eunice’s journey continued beyond her service year, as she gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Sauki Equipt Limited in Abuja. She also showcased her project management skills at Sauki Integrated Investment Limited’s Gombe State Office. This diverse experience equipped her with a unique perspective that she now brings to her role at Dele Olaiya & Associates, where she joined in March 2023.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and professional advancement, Eunice pursued higher education. She earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) in Bianchi in 2016, followed by a master’s degree (MTech) from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) in Bauchi in 2021. This commitment to education reflects her dedication to staying at the forefront of her field.

Eunice is more than an Estate Surveyor; she is a dedicated and hardworking individual who embraces challenges. Her passion for growth aligns seamlessly with the ethos of Dele Olaiya & Associates, and we are proud to have her as a valuable asset within our team.
