ESV ADEMOLA EZEKIEL IPADEOLA

ESV Ipadeola Ademola is a seasoned professional in the field of Estate Management, with a solid academic background and a wealth of practical experience.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Estate Management from the prestigious Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, Bauchi State. Building on this foundation, he further honed his expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos.

During his academic journey, Ipadeola completed his Industrial training at esteemed firms, namely, Frank Amadi & Partner in Jos, Plateau State, and Ayinde Bamijoko and Associates in Victoria Island, Lagos State. These experiences provided him with valuable hands-on insights into the industry.

After successfully concluding his university studies, Ipadeola dedicated a year to fulfill his mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) commitment in Ogbia Local Government Council, Bayelsa State. Following this, he embarked on a professional career, commencing with a role as an Estate Surveyor at J. Ajayi Patunola & Co. It was here that his passion for the field was further ignited.

Seeking to expand his professional horizons, Ipadeola transitioned to the firm of Jide Taiwo and Co. This move was driven by a desire for advanced training and career development. At Jide Taiwo and Co., he played pivotal roles in various capacities, including Marketing, Valuation execution, Quality control, and even took on the responsibility of branch head.

Ipadeola Ademola is recognized as an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, a testament to his dedication and proficiency in the field. He is also a registered Member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria, solidifying his status as a qualified and reputable professional.

In 2020, Ipadeola embarked on a new chapter in his career, becoming an integral part of Dele Olaiya & Associates. Currently, he holds the esteemed position of an Associate Partner within the firm, contributing his wealth of knowledge and experience to the team’s success and growth.
