His academic journey commenced with the completion of his degree in Estate Management from The Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. Esv Olaiya’s academic pursuits expanded further with his alumnus status at the Pan-Africa University, Lagos Business School, achieved through the successful completion of the Owners-Managers Program (OMP15). Adding to his commendable accomplishments, he holds a certificate in Real Estate Finance from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, USA. His commitment to continuous learning is underscored by his participation and attendance in short courses for both local and international training programs, including those hosted by institutions such as Kellogg Business School (USA), Nanyang Technological University Singapore, University of Stellenbosch Business School (South Africa), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China), University of Pennsylvania, and University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA).
Esv Olaiya’s diversified business interests have significantly contributed to the breadth of his portfolio. These affiliations include being an Associate Member to Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV), as well as a Registered Member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). His commitment extends to international associations, including being part of the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors® (NSAR), Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission (NSREC), and Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). ESV Olaiya’s professional journey began after his graduation in Estate Management, leading him to roles at Emefiele Ehi & Co. and Demola Adetola & Co. before advancing to Jide Taiwo & Co. It was during his tenure at Jide Taiwo & Co. that he ascended to the position of Head of the Letting Department at the Lagos Head Office, where he further honed his skills in Estate Surveying & Valuation, establishing a reputation for professionalism and integrity.
Turning a new leaf in his career, Esv Olaiya joined Intercontinental Homes Savings and Loans Plc, demonstrating his expertise as the Head of Marketing for four years. His remarkable accomplishments earned him the epithet ‘Midas’, a tribute to his uncanny ability to surpass sales targets. On December 24th, 2010, he decided to embark on a new phase of his professional life and, founded his own Estate Firm following a graceful exit from Intercontinental Home Savings & Loan. Today, Esv Dele Olaiya continues to shine as a consummate professional with a bright and promising career trajectory. His achievements are paralleled by a content personal life, as he is happily married with children.
