OLAJIDE AYOMIDE WILLIAMS

Olajide Ayomide Williams is a hardworking, dedicated, and driven professional in the field of Estate Surveying and Agency. He built his academic foundation at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.

During his academic journey, he completed a six-month industrial training at the University of Ilorin as a Surveyor. This experience significantly influenced his development as an estate surveyor, equipping him with valuable skills such as the ability to work under pressure, effective communication, time management, ICT proficiency, teamwork, customer service, and a strong willingness to learn—all essential in the real estate sector.

Upon completing his studies, he fulfilled his mandatory one-year National Youth Service Scheme in Lagos State, where he served as an estate surveyor. This experience profoundly shaped his career, allowing him to apply his academic knowledge in real-world scenarios and deepening his understanding of property management and agency work. Through direct interaction with clients and stakeholders, he developed strong communication and negotiation skills, which are crucial for success in real estate. His time in the National Youth Service Scheme also provided him with insights into the complexities of property valuation, including navigating regulatory frameworks and market trends. This hands-on experience has been instrumental in shaping his professional identity, boosting his confidence, and solidifying his passion for the field.

After completing his National Youth Service Scheme, he joined Dele Olaiya & Associates in 2023, where he currently thrives as an Estate Surveyor in the Letting (Agency) Department.
