With a solid educational background in Estate Management and Marketing, coupled with extensive hands-on experience in property management and facility services, He brings a wealth of expertise to the real estate industry. His journey began at Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke, where he earned both his OND and HND in Estate Management.

Subsequently, he pursued further studies,obtaining a PGD in Marketing and an MBA in Business Administration from Osun State University, with a pending certificate in view. His professional career commenced at Jide Taiwo & Co, Ota, where he completed a rigorous one-year industrial training program, gaining practical insights into the complexities of real estate operations.

Following this, he fulfilled the mandatory one-year National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) program as a dedicated teacher, contributing to the educational development of young minds.

Upon completing his NYSC commitment, he transitioned back into the real estate sector, joining Jide Taiwo & Co, Ikeja, where he further honed his skills in property valuation, market analysis, and client relations.

Subsequently, he broadened his horizons by working with firms such as Zenith Estates & Co, V.I, Lagos, and SIM Properties & Homes Ltd, Lagos, where he served in various capacities, including Estate Manager. His tenure at Sofepel Property Services, Lagos, as a Consultant in Facility Management, equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in maintaining and enhancing property assets. This diverse experience has paved the way for his current role at Dele Olaiya & Associates, where he is committed to contributing his expertise to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to clients.

Outside of his professional pursuits, he is a devoted family man, blessed with a loving spouse and children. Balancing the demands of a rewarding career with the joys of family life has instilled in him a sense of responsibility, resilience, and a commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
