Esv. Ayodele Israel Olaiya is the Principal Partner of Dele Olaiya & Associates – a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

He holds a Mini MBA from the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) and is an alumnus of the Pan-Africa University, Lagos Business School, Owners-Managers Program (OMP15), he also holds a certificate for Real Estate Finance from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Boston, USA. He is currently a student of Law at the prestigious University of London and is in process of gaining a Bachelor of Laws soon.

He is a former member of ( MCPD)3 and has attended both local and international trainings. Esv. Olaiya is a serial entrepreneur with businesses spanning real estate, consulting, construction, cement distribution among many other business interests.

He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) and a Registered Member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers (FCIA), also a Fellow of the Professional Excellence Foundation of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and a member in the Faculty of Facility Management, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. He is also a Member, National Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD), a member of the THINK TANK Committee of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers and a Director at Triple C Company Limited.

As a fresh graduate of Estate Management, he kick-started his working career at the Bishop’s Court, a property firm situated in Lagos. He later joined Emefiele Ehi & Co., a professional Estate Surveying & Valuation firm and then crossed over to Demola Adetola & Co. another professional firm.

After his stint at Demola Adetola & Co, Esv. Olaiya, was employed as an estate surveyor at Jide Taiwo & Co. one of the leading Estate Surveying & Valuation firms in Nigeria, where he held sway and became Head, Letting Department at the Head Office in Lagos and, where he cut his teeth as a thorough-bred professional with a high level of integrity.

In search of his Golden Fleece and quest for new challenges, he resigned gracefully from Jide Taiwo & Co and joined Intercontinental Homes Savings and Loans Plc and was promoted as Head, Marketing, he was the Head of Marketing for 4 years and was nicknamed ‘Midas’ being the bulwark of the marketing division of the establishment with a knack for exceeding sales targets and registering ‘high net-worth’ clients with his usual broad smile and a snap of his fingers. On 24th December 2010, he resigned gracefully, to set up his own Estate Firm.

Esv. Olaiya is an undisputed skilled professional still in the prime of his age and career. He is happily married with children.


Muyiwa Omole is a Partner at Dele Olaiya & Associates, a firm of Registered Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, and Master in Project Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State. He was briefly with Intercontinental Homes Savings and Loans Plc. He joined AIO Properties Limited as the manager of the company in 2010 and in 2012 crossed over to Dele Olaiya & Associates.

Mr. Omole is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), a Registered Member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), a registered member of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers (CIA) a member in the Faculty of Facility Management, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers and also an Alumnus of the School of Estate. He has attended both local and international trainings.

Valerie Okoruwa currently occupies a dual position of Company Secretary at AIO Properties Limited and Head, Legal Services/ Human Resources at Dele Olaiya & Associates. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Benin and was called to the Nigerian Bar Association as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She joined Dele Olaiya & Associates in 2017.

She started her professional career at the Law Firm of Perchstone & Graeys where she gained extensive legal knowledge and was exposed to a vast area of Law and garnered legal skills tailored at meeting the various demands of modern legal practice. She joined the Law Firm of Rotimi Aladesanmi & Associates, where she underwent the one year compulsory National Youth Service, and participated in an active litigation practice. After her National Youth Service, she joined the Law Firm of IPI WATCH SERVICES and subsequently the Law Firm of Dominion Chambers and she was exposed to transnational matters relating to diverse areas of Law which include: Intellectual Property, Company Secretarial responsibilities, Legal Risk Management, Corporate Commercial Law, Information Technology, Software licensing and protection, Contract Administration, Corporate Governance and Perfection of titles to Land/ Obtaining Governor’s Consent. She has sat on various board meetings as Company Secretary, advised clients in corporate restructuring, regulatory and industrial compliance, Labour relations, legal advisory services, agreement draft and review, and corporate commercial services.

Valerie is an avid reader, a skilled writer and researcher and demonstrates excellent skills in Due Diligence, Legal Risk Management and advice on corporate/ property matters. She is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Nigeria and a Chartered Arbitrator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K)


Mrs. Mary Uko is currently the Accountant/Administrative Officer of the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Uyo. She was with Intercontinental Wapic Insurance Plc (now Wapic Insurance Plc) and Leadway Assurance PLC, before joining AIO Properties Ltd.

She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigerian (ICAN), as well as a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. She joined Dele Olaiya & Associates in 2012 and is presently the Firm’s Accountant


IPADEOLA ADEMOLA holds a  Bachelor of Technology Degree (2004) in Estate Management from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, Bauchi State. He is currently undergoing his Master's degree in Estate Management at the prestigious University of first choice in Nigeria; the University of Lagos.

During His studies, he had his Industrial training in  Frank Amadi & Partner, Jos, Plateau State and Ayinde  Bamijoko and Associates Victoria Island, Lagos State.

Upon completion of his studies from the university; he observed his one-year mandatory NYSC in Ogbia Local Government Council, Bayelsa State. Thereafter joined J. Ajayi  Patunola  & Co. as an Estate Surveyor from 2006 to 2008 before resigning to join the Firm of Jide   Taiwo and Co, in a bid to seek further professional training and career development. While in Jide  Taiwo and Co. He worked in various units which are: Marketing, Valuation execution, Quality control and as a branch head. He is an Associate member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a registered Member of Estate Surveyors and valuers registration board of Nigeria. He currently works with Dele Olaiya & Associates as  Head of the Valuation Department.



She has an Ordinary National Diploma in Purchasing and Supplying from Kwara State Polytechnic before proceeding to the University of Ilorin, Kwara State where she bagged a B.Sc. in Geography. Subsequently, after her studies, she had her National Youth Service at Jide Taiwo and Company, Lagos, where she served as a Valuation Marketer. Upon the completion of her National service, she was retained as a Valuation Marketer till 2009. She Joined Ajayi 1Patunola & Company in the year 2010 as a Valuation Marketer. She is presently with Dele Olaiya & Associates as a Manager at Yaba Branch


She is a probationer member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. She is happily married with children.

Olayinka Afolabi Oriyomi joined the firm of Messr Dele Olaiya& Associates in November 2018.
Prior to joining Dele Olaiya & Associates, she served as the Head of facility Management under the firm of Messr E-Philips & Co and oversaw all facilities of ITF within Abuja under the firm’s portfolio
Olayinka brings into Dele Olaiya & Associates an extensive knowledge in real estate and facility management gained over the years.
She had her early career at Diran Adetunji & Associates as a resident surveyor in charge of residential and commercial properties within Kaduna environs and Abuja.
She underwent her Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme, SIWES with Messr. Jide Taiwo& Co (Kano Branch). She holds a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Estate Management and Valuation from the Federal University of Technology and is a probationer member of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyor and Valuer, NIESV.

Ms. Binta Ibrahim is currently the Head of Property Management (Branch-wide) at Dele Olaiya and Associates.
She holds a Higher National Diploma in Architecture from Yaba College of Technology. Determined by the passion for the built environment and Real Estate, she further obtained a B.S.C from the esteemed University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State.
She started her professional work experience as an intern at Concept Struck Nigeria Limited and Kurif Design Limited. Further to obtaining a degree in Estate Management, she joined Ismail and Partners, a Chattered Estate Surveying and valuation firm where she did her SIWES and gained knowledge about Valuation, Property Management, and Estate brokerage. She joined HK Designs where she did her one-year NYSC and was exposed to the knowledge of property development and building maintenance. She joined Dele Olaiya and Associates as an Estate Surveyor in 2018.
She is a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuer.

Miss Abiodun is currently the head of the Information Technology Department of the Dele Olaiya & Associates. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from Achievers University, Owo.

She underwent an internship at Kogi Radio Station, Kogi State, and had her compulsory National Youth Service at SMIIT Systems, Bauchi, and has worked at Ultra Media Solutions and Taste of Saffron as a Digital Marketer and Search Engine Operator respectively.
She is skilled in Web Designing, Digital Marketing, and Graphics.
