To further refine his expertise, he pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Estate Management at the esteemed Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, earning him a certificate of distinction in 2020.

Emmanuel’s standing as a senior associate with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers and membership in the Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) underlines his commitment and expertise in the field.

His professional journey has seen him contribute significantly to renowned establishments such as Akin Olawore & Co., Bello & Co., Network Facilities Management Services Ltd, and D’ Lord, Maseli & Partners. Within these roles, he’s demonstrated versatility in Valuation, Facilities & Property Management, Agency, and Title Registrations, among other specialties.

Emmanuel is currently an Associate Partner and Branch Manager at the Suncity Branch (Abuja), where he plays a pivotal role in the firm’s continued success.

His active participation in conferences within the institution, coupled with two noteworthy terms as the sub-committee secretary of the Unity Branch, Abuja, further underscores his dedication to the advancement of the field.
